SurgeAI Sourcing is the government-contracting arm of SurgeAI LLC, a Wyoming company. We exist to solve one problem cleanly: federal facilities need reliable physical-service providers, fast and in compliance — and finding, vetting, and standing behind those providers is harder than it should be.
Why sourcing
Contracting officers and primes don't lack vendors — they lackvetted ones they can move on quickly. A grounds contract, a janitorial recompete, an urgent roof repair: each means finding a capable provider, confirming they're registered and not excluded, pricing it defensibly, and managing delivery. We do that legwork so the buyer holds one accountable partner instead of ten unknowns.
The "AI" in our name is how we work, not what we sell: tech-enabled supplier discovery and pricing intelligence that compress the slow part of sourcing from weeks to days. The deliverable is always a real service, delivered by a real provider, to spec.
